Associate Vice President, FLU BSA & Compliance Oversight Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to support front-line compliance oversight, regulatory change management, and compliance risk metrics. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials and minutes, coordinating approvals, maintaining compliance questionnaires, and responding to audit and compliance review requests. The role also involves tracking regulatory developments and their business impacts, preparing regulatory updates, and supporting climate-risk reporting. The successful candidate will oversee compliance control inventories and testing plans, consolidate performance and remediation metrics, and present findings to relevant committees. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, actuarial science, economics, law, or a related quantitative discipline, along with at least four years of legal and compliance experience for the Associate Vice President level. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, as is proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Candidates should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to summarize complex information clearly while managing multiple priorities. Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is required; a CAMS certification is preferred.
