Associate Vice President, FLU BSA & Compliance Oversight Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to support front-line compliance oversight, regulatory change management, and compliance risk metrics. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials and minutes, coordinating approvals, maintaining compliance questionnaires, and responding to audit and document requests. The role also involves tracking regulatory developments and their business impact, preparing updates and reports, and overseeing compliance control inventories, testing plans, and remediation metrics. The successful candidate will consolidate and present risk and testing information to relevant committees and support additional compliance assignments. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, actuarial science, economics, law, or a related quantitative discipline is required. Candidates for the Associate Vice President level should have at least four years of legal and compliance experience; knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT regulations and sanctions compliance is beneficial. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and fluency in spoken and written Chinese, are required; a CAMS certificate is preferred.
