Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to define and execute the strategic direction of the business in line with Board priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, improving profitability, and strengthening organizational capability. Key responsibilities include defining and driving long-term and annual strategy, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, and owning the delivery of topline and bottom-line performance. The CEO will also be tasked with operational and financial management, commercial and market leadership, governance, risk management, and external interface. Building and strengthening leadership capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving talent development are also critical aspects of the role. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a B.E., B.Pharm, or B.Sc. degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15-20 years' overall experience. A background in Pharma or Healthcare for 8-10 years and 5-7 years in B2B manufacturing/product environments is required. The ideal candidate will have a prior leadership role with global P&L responsibility and be between 45-53 years of age. The role demands a leader who can build critical capabilities, evaluate partnerships, and support Board decision-making. The CEO will be expected to ensure full compliance with corporate governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and legal standards, as well as to engage with industry bodies, customers, and key external stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, the ability to make strategic decisions, and a focus on customer relationships and service delivery are essential.
