Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company's strategic plan, driving operational excellence, and expanding its international presence. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors, capable of scaling the business and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Founder to ensure the company's values of impact, boldness, togetherness, and passion are upheld, while also preparing the organization for future acquisitions and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA or graduate degree being an asset. They should be fluent in both French and English and have experience in leading complex, multi-site operations, and managing international business activities. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the company's strategy and growth, building a scalable organization, and developing leadership and talent to support the company's ambitious goals.
