Vice President, Data Center Infrastructure

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Data Center Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded engineering leader with a focus on expanding the company's presence in high-demand infrastructure environments, particularly in data center programs and industrial power assets. This executive role is pivotal in guiding strategic growth, strengthening execution across complex technical programs, and shaping a growing market segment. The Vice President will be responsible for leading the business's strategy, revenue growth, and client development, as well as driving market expansion plans and owning business performance. Building and maintaining executive-level relationships, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and strengthening team capability are also key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Master's preferred), at least 10 years of related engineering experience, and a Professional Engineering license is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, leadership capability, client relationship management skills, and technical engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business development, strategic growth, and sector P&L performance, and experience in data centers, power generation, industrial manufacturing, or similar complex infrastructure environments. The ability to operate effectively in evolving markets, with a focus on adaptability, sound judgment, and strong executive presence, is essential.
