Vice President, Branch Manager Greater San Diego, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Branch Manager to lead all activities of a full-service branch and oversee its staff, operations, and performance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees; developing business; maintaining strong member relationships; and ensuring service standards are met. The role also oversees branch controls, audits, security, compliance, budgets, and operational procedures, while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. The Branch Manager will guide staff performance and development and ensure the branch meets organizational goals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, at least four years of financial services operations experience, and two years of successful branch staff and program management. Strong leadership, planning, organization, communication, and relationship-management skills are required, along with sound judgment, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. The role also calls for the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support compliance with anti-money-laundering and related procedures.
