Senior Vice President, Capital Markets

The Company is seeking an SVP, Capital Markets to join their team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing debt and equity capital for a range of complex, high-volume transactions, with a focus on the scale and complexity of data center and broader real estate investments. This pivotal role demands a professional with a proven track record in commercial real estate, particularly in the office, industrial, data center, and residential sectors. The SVP will be responsible for running competitive loan processes, negotiating loan documents, and identifying capital partners for new investments. Strong technical skills in financial modeling, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus, are essential. The role also requires excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key qualifications for the SVP, Capital Markets position at the company include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being highly desirable, and 10-20 years' of related acquisitions experience.
