Vice President of Lending

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Lending to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of a diverse loan portfolio, including consumer, mortgage, commercial, and agricultural loans. This role involves managing all aspects of the lending process, from underwriting to collections, and leading an indirect lending program. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer lending, be well-versed in regulatory lending requirements, and have a proven track record in growing a loan portfolio and managing product mix. Experience in leading lending operations for a credit union or retail bank and the ability to develop strategic lending initiatives are also key requirements. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred for this position.
