Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior finance leader with a proven track record in FP&A and corporate finance, particularly within large, complex, multinational organizations. This role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy, performance, and transformation of the FP&A function into a modern, insight-driven capability. The VP, FP&A will lead global FP&A activities, partner with the CFO and executive team, and be instrumental in the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and business insight. Key responsibilities for the role include strategic financial leadership, FP&A transformation and modernization, business partnering, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' of experience in FP&A and corporate finance, with a strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams. They should also have a demonstrated success in transforming FP&A functions, particularly in the areas of AI, automation, and modern planning tools, and possess advanced expertise in financial modeling, planning tools, and data analytics platforms. A proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, the VP, FP&A will be expected to provide forward-looking insights, support M&A activities, and ensure operational excellence in financial planning processes. Qualifications such as an MBA, CPA, CFA, and/or CBV designation are preferred.
