Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering with a strong background in MEP design and engineering, particularly in the context of data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years' experience in the field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a large team of engineers. A deep understanding of power distribution architecture, cooling systems, and architectural coordination for mission-critical facilities is essential. Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier classifications and their design implications, as well as redundancy concepts and their impact on MEP design scope, is also required. The role demands expert-level knowledge of Revit MEP workflows, Navisworks coordination, and BIM 360/ACC, as well as the ability to define and enforce BIM Execution Plans. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing P&L for a large account or business unit, strong client-facing communication skills, and experience in building and scaling teams, particularly in an offshore or outsourcing context. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, the ability to work with US engineering leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in the field of MEP design and engineering. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to US clients is a must.
