Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering with a strong background in MEP design and engineering, particularly in the context of data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years' experience in MEP design and engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a large team of engineers. A deep understanding of power distribution architecture, cooling systems, and architectural coordination for mission-critical facilities is essential. Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier classifications and their design implications, as well as redundancy concepts and their impact on MEP design scope, is also required. The successful candidate will be an expert in Revit MEP workflows, Navisworks coordination, and BIM 360/ACC, with the ability to define and enforce BIM Execution Plans. Experience with automation tools, scripting, and QC frameworks in Revit is a must. Additionally, the role demands a proven track record in managing P&L for a large account or business unit, strong client-facing communication skills, and the ability to build and scale teams, particularly in an offshore or outsourcing context. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring the highest standards of design and engineering are met, and effectively communicating technical concepts to US clients.
