The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead its business transformation and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across various functions, including procurement, refurbishment, inventory management, logistics, retail outlets, and e-commerce channels. This pivotal role involves developing and optimizing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability, as well as executing strategic growth initiatives such as new store openings, market expansion, and product diversification. The COO will also be tasked with ensuring the company's operational scalability, maintaining customer trust through rigorous quality processes, and partnering with sales and marketing teams to improve overall business performance. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO, Head of Operations, General Manager, or equivalent. The role requires strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, the ability to leverage data and KPIs to drive business performance, and a talent for thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and will work closely with the Founder/CEO to develop and execute long-term business strategies and transformation initiatives.
