Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of a robust compliance and privacy program, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves regular interaction with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and various external stakeholders, and requires a strategic approach to compliance in the delivery of integrated health services. The Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating organizational risks, leading compliance and privacy training initiatives, and maintaining a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Applicants must have a Master's degree and significant experience as a Chief Compliance Officer in a complex multi-location healthcare system. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in enhancing compliance and privacy training, education, and communication to foster employee engagement. Essential skills include the ability to utilize data management and analysis for reporting, and experience in proactively auditing high-risk areas. The Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer will work closely with the General Counsel, Chief Information Officer, and other leaders to ensure the protection of the organization's information and to maintain compliance with privacy laws. The position also requires the development and maintenance of privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing the organization's response to privacy-related complaints and incidents.
