The CEO will be tasked with driving profitability, portfolio growth, cultural renewal, and enterprise scalability, all while upholding the company's social enterprise ethos. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as a socially responsible, tech-enabled, best-in-class independent operator. Key responsibilities for the CEO include overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the business, with a strong focus on community engagement and long-term performance. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the company in a manner that is in line with its character-driven and design-forward hospitality values, and to ensure that the guest experience and operational support are of the highest standard.
