Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in need of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the helm of its Finance and Accounting division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall financial and accounting strategy to support the business's growth and profitability. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting. The CFO will also be tasked with managing cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing, as well as driving cost control, margin improvement, and commercial financial analysis. Strengthening internal controls, risk management, governance, and compliance is also a key aspect of the role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on senior leadership. Experience in industries with a high working capital intensity, such as agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, food, or trading, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong knowledge of Thai accounting, taxation, cash flow, budgeting, and financial management, as well as possessing strong commercial acumen, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. The CFO will play a critical role in the organization, and as such, a proactive and strategic approach to financial management is a must.
