The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Business Management, to support strategic execution and performance management for a UK business area. The role involves producing executive management information, scorecards, performance reports, and commentary to support senior leaders’ decisions. Responsibilities include monitoring targets and key metrics, identifying risks and performance trends, and working with teams to define and track corrective actions. The successful candidate will also conduct strategic analysis and modelling, support planning and forecasting, and improve reporting processes through automation and stronger data controls. Candidates should have experience producing end-to-end management information and executive-level performance reporting, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex findings into clear, actionable narratives. Familiarity with product and sales performance, forecasts, variance analysis, and performance drivers is important. The role requires capability with Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced spreadsheet and presentation tools, alongside careful attention to accuracy and controls. Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and ownership skills are essential; experience in business performance or finance is desirable.
