Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for driving enterprise value creation, designing the financial architecture of the business, and leading the capital markets strategy. This role demands a builder at heart, an AI-native leader, and an exceptional communicator who can serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing the global corporate structure, leading the financial function through AI and automation, and ensuring the company's legal and financial operations are built to scale efficiently. The CFO will also be instrumental in the company's next stage of growth, including leading the Series D and preparing for institutional financing. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record as a senior finance executive in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environment. They should have experience in scaling a business from $20M to $100M+ ARR and be adept at creating enterprise value through strategic financial leadership. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with both high-level strategic thinking and the operational details of financial management. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of AI and its application in the business, particularly in the areas of financial systems, reporting, and decision-making. A strong background in global finance, including legal and tax considerations, is essential, as is experience in leading fundraising efforts and working closely with the Board of Directors.
