Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their team. The CHRO will be a key executive leader, responsible for the development and execution of the global people strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives are in line with business objectives and growth plans. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR matters, leading core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning and development, and driving a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing performance management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or HR certification being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, HR operations, and a strong commercial mindset.
