The Company is seeking a Head of IT Captive Center to lead a significant expansion and transformation of its Hungarian entity. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining market-leading service maturity and operational stability while driving continuous cost optimization. This executive-level role demands a proven track record in IT service delivery, technology operations, and large-scale delivery management, with a strong focus on scaling and transformation. The Head of IT Captive Center will work closely with the German corporate IT leadership to ensure seamless alignment on strategy, delivery outcomes, and maturity targets. Key responsibilities for the role include scaling and transforming the center, driving operational excellence, and managing full budget responsibility for the captive service portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of multi-domain service delivery, including software engineering, infrastructure, and service desk, and the strategic vision to introduce and expand new capabilities such as data and AI services. Executive leadership, commercial acumen, and a solid business mindset are essential, as is professional fluency in both English and Hungarian. The role requires a leader who can guarantee reliable, secure service delivery, oversee operational performance, and advance the center's maturity model towards industry benchmarks through the use of automation and cutting-edge AI technologies.
