Vice President, Enterprise Data Architecture & Integration

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enterprise Data Architecture and Integration. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining the organization's data strategy, architecture, and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a single, trusted enterprise information foundation that supports a wide range of business capabilities, including operational transactions, financial processes, reporting, regulatory compliance, partner connectivity, analytics, and AI. The role demands a leader with a strong technical background in data architecture, integration, and platform organizations, particularly within the healthcare sector. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that enterprise information is treated as a strategic asset and will be accountable for the quality, security, and scalability of enterprise data services. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, integration, or information management. A background in healthcare payer systems is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in enterprise architecture, governance, and integration, as well as familiarity with recognized frameworks such as TOGAF or DAMA-DMBOK. Technical expertise in cloud data and integration technologies, particularly within AWS, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be adept at systems thinking, and demonstrate a process-oriented approach. Executive leadership skills, including business acumen, accountability, and a strategist mindset, are also key qualifications for this role.
