Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the modernization and strategic development of its technology landscape. The CTO will be responsible for translating business strategy into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions, with a focus on leading large-scale technology modernization initiatives. This executive will ensure that technology functions operate in a coordinated manner, balancing strategic leadership with technical depth to guide investment decisions and provide leadership during complex technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include establishing and executing an integrated technology strategy, leading software engineering and architecture, infrastructure and IT operations, and data analytics, and ensuring that all technology activities are in line with organizational policies, regulatory expectations, and internal control frameworks. The ideal candidate for the CTO position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, particularly within financial services or other highly regulated industries. The role requires a strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, operational resiliency, cybersecurity principles, and data governance. The successful candidate will be a strategic and enterprise-minded leader with a passion for talent development, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a high level of integrity and accountability.
