Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a hands-on, high-impact role that is pivotal to the business's financial planning and core processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for short-term cash and liquidity forecasting, owning and managing the 13-week cash flow forecast, and maintaining rolling forecast accuracy. This role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and playing a key part in the annual budget process, as well as developing and maintaining variance analyses. The VP of Finance will be a key player in reporting and analysis, preparing financial packages, and building dashboards for real-time visibility into key metrics. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial planning function, with a strong preference for those with direct experience in managing 13-week cash flow forecasts. A background in demand planning, inventory analysis, or supply chain finance is highly valued, particularly in a consumer products, CPG, retail, or multi-brand environment. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with planning tools. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, a clear communicator, and a self-starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or CPA being a plus.
