Vice President, Development & Engagement

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Development and Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's fundraising and engagement activities. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to secure philanthropic support, cultivating donor relationships, and overseeing the execution of various fundraising campaigns and events. The role also involves working closely with the board of trustees, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure that the development and engagement efforts align with the company's mission and goals. Applicants for the Vice President, Development and Engagement position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising and a deep understanding of donor cultivation and stewardship. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and lead a team, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, in a relevant field.
