Vice President, Investments

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Investments for the West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing retail acquisition and disposition opportunities to support the client's expanding portfolio. This role involves assessing market dynamics, building a disciplined pipeline in line with investment criteria, and maintaining a robust network of brokers and direct owner relationships. The Vice President will also be expected to present investment opportunities to senior management, lead transaction execution, and ensure alignment with the company's fund investment strategies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, with a graduate degree preferred, and at least 8 years' of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in retail acquisitions and/or dispositions. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in sourcing opportunities, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate and manage the transaction process. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder, with the ability to work independently, influence cross-functional partners, and manage broker relationships across multiple markets. A willingness to travel is also necessary for this position.
