President

The Company is seeking a President to lead its $15MM manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for the operation, overseeing five key direct reports. This role is pivotal in maintaining the current success of the operation, which is running smoothly and profitably, and in capitalizing on the potential opportunities ahead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing, be well-versed in the complexities of manufacturing multiple SKUs, and possess a deep understanding of planning. Proactive customer engagement, participation in commercial activities, and the ability to build coalitions are also essential for this position.
