Vice President, IAM Assurance Leader

The Company is seeking a VP, IAM Assurance Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IAM Services Assurance function, ensuring the effectiveness of key controls across all IAM services. This role demands a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in IAM controls, assurance operations, and identity/authentication platforms. The VP will be tasked with creating and maintaining strategic roadmaps, engaging with stakeholders, and managing risks and progress. They will also be expected to lead assurance operations, design technical solutions for automation, and ensure program integrity through the documentation of standards and procedures. Applicants must have a BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IT, and at least 5 years in leading IAM service products. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in IAM directory services, assurance reporting, and security control design. Experience with Agile methodologies, people management, and a proven track record of leading large-scale IAM initiatives are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, a strategic thinker, and possess exceptional communication skills. Desired characteristics include a customer-oriented mindset, a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences, and experience in highly regulated industries. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or relevant IAM-focused certifications are also a plus.
