Vice President, Operations Digitalization

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operations Digitalization. The successful candidate will be a strategic and execution-focused leader, responsible for driving AI-enabled transformation, advancing automation initiatives, and enhancing efficiency, scalability, and operating leverage across global operations. This role involves leading a team dedicated to digitalization, AI adoption, and process transformation, and requires close partnership with operations leadership, technology, and external vendors to deliver measurable operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in asset management, investment banking, broker-dealing, or investment advisory, with a strong background in AI strategy, digital transformation, process re-engineering, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading and developing a team, accelerating AI and automation initiatives, and driving end-to-end process re-engineering.
