Vice President, Non-Financial Risk, Issuer Services Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Non-Financial Risk in Issuer Services Operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the global Line Control function, ensuring that risks are managed within the company's appetite and that key controls are effective. This leadership position is integral to the Issuer Services Operations, Client Services, and Product teams, with a focus on developing and maintaining the internal control framework, providing global risk oversight, and partnering with management to support risk strategies. The role also involves leading risk governance committees, promoting a strong risk culture, and being a visible and proactive role model in risk management. Applicants must have a proven track record in risk management, with a proactive and articulate approach to leading a multi-disciplined team. Knowledge of Issuer Services products and post-trade operational processes is essential, as is experience in a product-aligned control function within investment banking. The role requires well-developed leadership, organizational, and team management skills, as well as the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
