Head of IT

The role also involves managing the organization's Microsoft-based IT environment and infrastructure, cloud, network, server, endpoint, and disaster recovery services, and driving ITIL-based service management. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior IT leadership role, with a strong background in Microsoft technology. Essential skills include experience in managing Microsoft-based infrastructure, cloud services, networks, servers, and endpoints, as well as a solid understanding of IT service management and ITIL principles. The role requires the ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and technology roadmaps, and a good understanding of cyber security, incident response, GDPR, and data protection. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential, along with the ability to balance strategic IT leadership with hands-on operational management.
