Senior Vice President, Head of AI

The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of AI to spearhead the definition and execution of its enterprise AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming AI from a nascent stage to a fully integrated, governed enterprise capability with a focus on enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in AI, machine learning, and modern AI technologies, who can effectively translate business priorities into a strategic AI portfolio. The SVP, Head of AI will also be tasked with building and leading the AI engineering team, ensuring the delivery of AI initiatives in a regulated environment, and driving the adoption of AI across the organization. Applicants for the SVP, Head of AI position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
