Vice President for Risk, Audit & Compliance

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Risk, Audit, and Compliance to serve as its senior enterprise risk and compliance officer. The successful candidate will be a strategic and influential leader, responsible for providing oversight and leadership in the areas of risk and compliance, audit services, and institutional accountability. This role is pivotal in advancing a coordinated, enterprise-wide approach to risk management, regulatory compliance, and effective governance. The Vice President will work closely with University leadership to anticipate and address emerging risks, strengthen internal controls, and develop practical solutions that support the institution's mission and strategic goals.
