Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision of its high-potential AI and digital venture platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, and leading the development of scalable products and tech capabilities in an entrepreneurial setting. Key responsibilities for the CTO include overseeing the design and delivery of MVPs, prototypes, and scalable products, as well as building and leading internal and external technology teams. The role demands a professional with a strong background in software engineering, digital product development, and scalable technology architecture, and a proven track record in building or scaling software products, digital platforms, or AI-driven solutions. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have significant experience in technology leadership roles and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and data architecture.
