Head of M&A Underwriting

The Company is seeking a Head of M&A Underwriting for Italy to spearhead the development of its Italian M&A underwriting capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the underwriting process across Italian M&A transactions, with a specific focus on warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance. This senior role involves originating and managing a wide range of relationships within the Italian deal community, including brokers, private equity firms, corporates, and legal and advisory entities. The Head of M&A Underwriting will be instrumental in positioning the business as a credible and active participant in the market, and will have the opportunity to shape the local strategy, build the brand, and grow the team.
