Vice President, Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President for its Greentech division, which is dedicated to providing M&A advisory and capital formation services for clients in the sustainable technology and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the deal execution process, working closely with clients and deal teams on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raisings. This role requires a high level of strategic analysis, client relationship management, and the ability to produce and present ideas at client meetings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the business opportunities in energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, and will be expected to actively participate in new business development and team management. Applicants for this role should have outstanding academic qualifications, a strong GPA, and prior investment banking experience, with a preference for those with training from a bulge bracket or boutique program. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, as are strong written and verbal communication skills. The role also requires the candidate to hold or be willing to sit for Series 79 and 63 exams.
