Vice President of FP&A

The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A with a strong background in leading FP&A functions, particularly within PE-backed companies. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of progressive financial leadership, including experience in managing teams and strategic planning. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as being adept at Board and sponsor reporting, covenant management, and handling ad hoc financial requests. Expertise in subscription economics, SaaS revenue models, and program delivery costs is essential, and the candidate should be comfortable with planning platforms such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Hyperion, or similar tools. The successful candidate will be expected to build cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicate complex financial insights. While not mandatory, exposure to health benefits or wellness platform industries, experience with private equity investors, and familiarity with member engagement metrics and health-related cost structures are considered advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree or CPA being preferred. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in a similar capacity, who can bring their expertise to the company and contribute to its financial success.
