Senior Associate Vice President, Agentic AI Identity Management

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Vice President - Senior Principal Architect for Agentic AI Identity Management. This pivotal role is at the forefront of the company's technology leadership, focusing on the architecture and governance of identity management systems for AI and autonomous agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing security-aligned architectures, ensuring compliance with a range of regulatory and security standards, and leading the transition to a new identity management platform. Key responsibilities include enterprise architecture and strategy, security-aligned architecture, and solution leadership. The role demands a strong background in agentic AI and emerging technologies, identity and access management, multi-cloud architecture, and a security-first mindset. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline, with advanced education in technology management, architecture, or AI/digital transformation preferred. Core skills required include a deep understanding of agentic AI platforms, AI infrastructure, and secure AI adoption models, as well as hands-on experience in designing and governing IDAM tools. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in multi-cloud architecture, security, and risk management, and a proven track record of executive communication and influencing decision-making. Certifications in cloud architecture, security, and enterprise architecture are strongly desired, along with certifications in AI and emerging technologies from leading providers.
