Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead a high-impact transformation mandate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership of the IT function, driving the execution of a multi-workstream transformation roadmap, and delivering technology efficiency and cost optimization initiatives. This role is pivotal in scaling AI initiatives and supporting the broader value creation agenda through technology enablement. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in CIO, IT Director, Technology Transformation, or a comparable leadership role, with a proven track record in delivering technology transformation within private equity-backed businesses. Experience in wealth management or broader financial services is essential, as is practical experience in applying AI within operational environments. The Interim CIO will be expected to provide strong leadership to the technology teams, strengthen business partnering between technology and commercial functions, and ensure regular visibility and assurance to executive leadership and the board. The role requires a fluent French speaker, based in or able to work from Paris, with strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and a focus on people leadership. This is not a strategy design role; the mandate is to lead, execute, and deliver, with a clear emphasis on operational consolidation and technology-enabled value creation. The assignment is interim, with a duration of approximately 12 months, and an immediate or near-term start is preferred.
