The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the APAC region to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy across a diverse portfolio of businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, commercial, and operational financial leadership, overseeing financial planning and analysis, reporting, governance, treasury, working capital, and capital allocation. This role demands a seasoned executive with a strong background in asset-intensive sectors, capable of influencing senior stakeholders, and leading finance, IT, and operations to drive performance, scalability, and long-term value creation. As the CFO, APAC, you will be at the forefront of the company's financial transformation, championing initiatives in systems enhancement, process optimization, and organizational redesign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and operational improvement, with a focus on maximizing returns and operational efficiency. Strong commercial acumen, expertise in financial planning, and a history of building and leading high-performing finance teams are essential. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, along with CA, CPA, or MBA qualifications, are highly regarded.
