Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial operations within a multi-facility manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on oversight of various financial functions, including FP&A, cost accounting, treasury management, and liquidity management. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with optimizing the ERP and systems infrastructure and ensuring the overall efficiency and performance of the finance organization. This is a key position that requires the CFO to work closely with the CEO and the board, making it essential for the candidate to have a strong background in financial leadership and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
