Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L of the operations team, with a focus on improving order fulfillment rates and driving patient engagement across the care continuum. This role demands a leader with executive-level experience in operations, particularly in a multi-omnichannel contact center and fulfillment environment. The VP of Operations will be at the forefront of patient journey optimization, supply chain and logistics, and technology and platform development, with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include contact center leadership, fulfillment operations oversight, and strategic planning for the future of the operations function. The ideal candidate will have a tech-forward orientation, experience in scaling operations, and a background in e-commerce or marketplace environments. While experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or medication adherence is preferred, the ability to quickly grasp the dynamics of a prescription-based business is essential.
