Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy to join their dynamic, global team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's strategic initiatives, with a focus on leading and governing the Group Strategy Cycle, defining and managing the Disruption Book, and driving Group-level strategic projects. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of digital business models, software/SaaS trends, and global market dynamics, particularly in the engineering, construction, and related industries. The SVP will also be responsible for leading strategic employee communication, building a robust Market Intelligence Framework, and acting as a strategic interface between Corporate Strategy and Ventures. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategic leadership, including in-house corporate strategy in a multinational environment, and a proven track record in M&A and post-merger integration. The role demands exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in top-tier strategy consulting, experience working with executive boards and investor communities, and the ability to deliver on both qualitative and quantitative targets linked to strategy success. Fluency in English is required, with German language skills being a plus. The role offers the opportunity to serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and Group Executive Leadership Team on a range of strategic matters.
