Chief Product & Technology Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead the next phase of scaling its end-to-end, modular Student Information System (SIS) for education. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization, with a strong focus on AI integration. This role demands a senior leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, particularly in vertical software, and experience in aligning product with go-to-market strategies. The CPTO will lead a team of experienced product and engineering professionals, ensuring the engineering organization is structured, delivering quality, and growing in line with the company's ambitious goals. A proactive, roadmap-driven approach is essential, as is the ability to bring direction to a founder-led company without stifling the existing team. Essential skills for the CPTO role at the company include a strong background in both product and engineering, with a clear point of view on AI and a business model behind it. The ideal candidate will have experience in making complex, feature-rich products' architecture coherent and scalable, and will be adept at technical strategy, delivery, and quality. A nice-to-have would be experience in a regulated, workflow-heavy vertical, and exposure to M&A and product integration.
