Plant President Remote (anywhere in Ohio)

The Company is seeking a Plant President to provide strategic leadership in the continuous improvement of people, processes, technology, and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction across all plant processes. This role demands a leader with P&L responsibility, a strong focus on employee development, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The Plant President will work closely with the site leadership team and business executives to execute action plans that align with strategic goals and budgets. Applicants for the Plant President position at the company should have the ability to lead a diverse team, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leading operations teams, preferably within the printing or similar manufacturing industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 8 years' diversified management experience. The role also requires experience in leading sales teams, a strong desire to apply continuous improvement, and a background in continuous improvement/lean practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing change, leading through empathy, and demonstrating a strong commitment to process improvement to exceed customer expectations.
