Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim CFO to take on a pivotal leadership role, providing both strategic and operational guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all finance and accounting functions, including the oversight of the Controller, FP&A, and outsourced accounting operations. This role involves direct partnership with the CEO on operational strategy, business performance, and growth initiatives, as well as supporting the go-to-market strategy, sales structure, pricing decisions, and organizational planning. The Interim CFO will also be expected to provide executive leadership and financial insights to private equity stakeholders and board members. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and previous experience as a CFO is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, professional services, staffing, talent solutions, or a related service industry, with a preference for those who have worked within private equity-backed organizations. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are also key qualifications for this role.
