Vice President of Marketing
Hiring Company
About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in establishing the brand as a leader in stablecoin solutions for the payments industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing strategy, with a focus on digital presence, thought leadership, and field marketing. This includes owning the brand's messaging, visual systems, and positioning, as well as driving the company's presence at key global payments conferences. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to be deeply involved in the execution of the marketing plan, from content creation to SEO and AIO strategies. A strong network in the payments industry and a deep understanding of the conference circuit are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts, journalists, and influencers. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should be prepared to roll up their sleeves and work with the same level of intensity as the founders. The ideal candidate will have a background in the payments industry, having worked at a payments orchestrator, PSP, network, acquirer, or a similar platform. Deep familiarity with the digital brand and SEO/AIO in a B2B context is required, as is a strong grasp of consumer psychology and the ability to create marketing materials that resonate with the target audience. The role is not suited for marketing generalists or those with a purely agency or consulting background; industry knowledge and hands-on experience are the key qualifications. The VP will be expected to have a clear vision of what is needed to grow the brand in the payments industry and to be able to defend and execute that vision effectively.
