Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs to provide executive leadership in the strategic management of the student lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive multi-year strategic enrollment management plan that is aligned with the institution's mission and financial model. This role involves setting and achieving enrollment targets, leading the admissions process, and ensuring a high-quality, integrated student experience. The Vice President will also oversee student affairs, engagement, and campus experience, and will be a key partner in the institution's retention and graduation strategies. Applicants must have a doctoral degree and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in higher education, with a focus on enrollment, admissions, and student success. The role requires a proven track record in strategic enrollment planning, data-informed decision-making, and a strong understanding of student affairs and support services. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness, and a background in international or multicultural higher education. Executive-level strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective partnerships are essential. Experience in the GCC region and familiarity with local educational requirements are highly desirable.
