Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a seasoned, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a central figure in the organization's significant expansion phase, playing a key role in scaling the business, which includes writing insurance, managing claims and administrative services for carrier partners, launching new products, executing M&A transactions, and overseeing accounting and reporting for a diversified investment portfolio and real estate holdings. This individual will work closely with the CEO and Owner, providing financial leadership across enterprise strategy, growth initiatives, capital deployment, operations, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a deep background in highly regulated insurance or financial services environments, strong executive leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of supporting growth, transformation, and increasingly complex business operations.
