Vice President of Commercial Finance & FP&A

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Finance and FP&A to lead its financial planning and analysis and commercial finance teams. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the organization's financial strategies, driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. This leadership role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, including the CFO, COO, and CEO, and requires a strategic partner who can provide analytical support for critical business decisions. The VP will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the full P&L, as well as leading the financial review process and board content creation. A key aspect of the role is to develop KPIs, and dashboards, and to synthesize and communicate financial and business insights at an executive level. Applicants for the VP position should have a minimum of 12 years of related professional experience, with a strong background in FP&A. A corporate finance background within the e-commerce or tech sector is a plus. The role demands a candidate with a minimum of 8 years in a management position, a Bachelor's degree from a competitive program, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong financial modeling abilities, and experience in creating C-level presentations. A team player with a no task is too small attitude, the candidate should be adept at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
