Associate Vice President, Internal Audit IT Infrastructure

The Company is seeking an AVP for Internal Audit IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing independent and objective assurance and consulting activities to assess the effectiveness of the company's governance, risk management, and control processes. This role involves maintaining compliance with audit methodology, leading and participating in all phases of the audit process, and generating meaningful observations and reports. The AVP will also be expected to build and maintain professional relationships, operate with an innovative mindset, and demonstrate professional skepticism and accountability. Applicants for the AVP position should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related business discipline. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are preferred. The role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in internal audit, particularly within the financial services industry, and a strong background in IT audit. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in areas such as IP networks infrastructure, Windows Active Directory, Azure and LDAP, databases, mobile and DLP technologies, cloud computing, and various IT standards and frameworks. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in technology and data analytics, are essential.
