Vice President, Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. This role demands a leader with a strong background in finance, particularly within VC-backed startups or industrial companies, and a proven track record in multi-entity, multi-country financial operations. Key responsibilities include providing financial insights to the CEO and Board, driving capital efficiency, and leading the financial preparation for Series-B and future fundraising rounds. The VP of Finance will also oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in finance leadership, with a focus on revenue recognition, working-capital-heavy business models, and cross-border taxation. A CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of financial and legal matters, including experience in setting up ESOPs and share buy-backs. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, robotics, or industrial automation, and be adept at managing relationships with financial institutions.
